Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk (1) Mengetahui apakah Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki pengaruh terhadap Financial Distress (2) Mengetahui apakah Firm LifeCycle memiliki pengaruh terhdap Financial Distress pada perusahaan manufaktur sektor consumer goods yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018-2020 dengan Total Sampel 59 Perusahaan dan memiliki 142 observasi. Metode dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan menganalisa menggunakan pengolahan data statistic SPSS versi 12. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Financial Distress, (2) Firm Life Cycle memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Financial Distress./This study is conducted to (1) determine whether Corporate Social Responsibility affects Financial Distress; (2) Determine whether Firm Life Cycle affects Financial Distress in consumer goods' manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year of 2018-2020 with a Total Sample of 59 companies and 142 observations. The method of this research is purposive sampling method, and the analysis is done using statistical data processing SPSS version 12. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research show that (1) Corporate Social Responsibility positively affects Financial Distress; (2) Firm Life Cycle positively affects Financial Distress.
