Abstract
Lentera Harapan Curug School has a high turnover rate every year. Most of
the teachers from this school are reciprocating teachers who have just finished
their undergraduate education at Pelita Harapan University. They are required to
work for three years and serve in the school under Pelita Harapan Education
Foundation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of
spiritual leadership, shalom community and job satisfaction on organization
commitment of reciprocal teacher. The research will be done by qualitative
method research and descriptive design. To ensure the credibility and reliability
of this research, will be using triangulation method, conducted by interview,
questionnaire distribution and obeservation. The results of the research are
spiritual leadership, shalom community and job satisfaction can influence
organizational commitment. / Sekolah Lentera Harapan Curug, memiliki angka turnover yang tinggi setiap
tahunnya. Sebagian besar guru-guru dari sekolah ini merupakan guru resiprokasi
yang baru menyelesaikan pendidikan sarjana di Universitas Pelita Harapan.
Mereka diharuskan bekerja selama tiga tahun dan mengabdi di sekolah di bawah
naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari
penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh dari kepemimpinan rohani,
komunitas syalom dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru
resiprok. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan penelitian metode kualitatif serta
desain deskriptif. Untuk memastikan kredibilitas dan realibilitas penelitian ini,
maka dilakukan metode triangulasi, yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara,
penyebaran kuisioner dan obeservasi. Hasil penelitian adalah kepemimpinan
rohani, komunitas syalom dan kepuasan kerja dapat mempengaruhi komitmen
organisasi.
