Abstract

Teknologi telah mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat dan pemanfaatannya bagi organisasi, terlebih lagi dalam sisi operasionalnya. Penggunaan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dalam organisasi non-profit seperti gereja memiliki potensi yang besar dan menjadi penting jika ingin memberi layanan yang lebih baik dan bertujuan untuk mempertahankan dan memahami jemaat secara efektif dan mendalam. Atas dasar pertimbangan tersebut, maka pemanfaatan CRM baik untuk digunakan sebagai solusi untuk kemudahan operasionalnya. Laporan ini akan meneliti pengembangan pemanfaatan CRM untuk mengatasi persoalan di atas dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan GBI Glow Teens melalui sistem yang dikembangkan. Dicakup juga pengelolaan data jemaat dan penjadwalan. Solusi yang dikembangkan ialah pengembangan situs web menggunakan metode prototyping. Situs web ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa PHP dengan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Melalui pengujian yang telah dilakukan, pengembangan sistem dengan penerapan CRM ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh jemaat baru (acquire), meningkatkan hubungan dengan jemaat (enhance), dan mempertahankan jemaat (retain) yang menghasilkan terciptanya kesetiaan jemaat. Data jemaat, pelayan, jadwal petugas, kegiatan, dan renungan dapat diakses dengan dashboard yang telah dibuat. Selain itu, fitur seperti daftar jemaat, daftar pelayan, dapat dilihat dan/atau diunduh dari situs web yang masih dalam tahap pengembangan ini. / Technology has experienced very rapid development and its use for organizations, especially in terms of operations. The use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in non-profit organizations such as church contains great potential and becomes important to provide better services and aim to maintain and understand the congregation effectively and deeply. On the basis of these considerations, the use of CRM is good to be used as a solution for ease of operation. This report will examine the development of the use of CRM to overcome the problems mentioned above and improve the quality of service from GBI Glow Teens through the developed system. It also includes church data management and scheduling. The solution developed is a website development using the prototyping method. This website was developed using the PHP language using the CodeIgniter framework. Through the tests that have been carried out, the development of the system with the application of CRM aims to acquire new congregation (acquire), improve relationships with the congregation (enhance), and retain congregation (retain) which results in congregation’s loyalty. Congregations data, servants, staff schedules, events, and sermons can be accessed through the created dashboard. In addition, features such as congregation lists, servant lists, can be viewed and/or downloaded from the on-going development of the website.
