pluralism of inheritance law in Indonesia influences its application to certain cases, which are also influenced by the family status of the testator during his life, both because of marriage and because of blood relations with his heirs, as illustrated in Central Jakarta District Court decision number 239 / Pdt.G / 2015 /PN.JKT.PST, June 1, 2016, where there is a specificity, namely the continuation of polygamy marriage which varies from one marriage to another during the life of the testator, which results in legal consequences for marital status, child status, status of shared property, legal system applicable inheritance, as well as judicial authority in inheritance disputes. With regard to the ruling, there is a need for a more in-depth study related to the application of inheritance law in polygamy marriages according to positive law in Indonesia, as well as the suitability of application by the panel of judges in its ruling on positive law in Indonesia. / pluralisme hukum waris di Indonesia berpengaruh pada pemberlakuannya terhadap kasus tertentu, yang juga dipengaruhi oleh status kekeluargaan pewaris selama hidupnya, baik karena perkawinan maupun karena hubungan darah dengan para ahli warisnya, sebagaimana tergambar dalam putusan pengadilan negeri Jakarta Pusat nomor 239/Pdt.G/2015/PN.JKT.PST, tanggal 1 Juni 2016, dimana terdapat kekhususan yaitu pelangsungan perkawinan poligami yang berbeda-beda antara perkawinan yang satu dengan yang lainnya selama hidup pewaris, yang berakibat hukum pada status perkawinan, kedudukan anak, status harta bersama, sistim hukum waris yang berlaku, serta kewenangan peradilan dalam sengketa waris. Terhadap putusan tersebut, perlu adanya kajian yang lebih mendalam terkait pemberlakuan hukum waris pada perkawinan poligami menururt hukum positif Indonesia, serta kesesuaian penerapan oleh majelis hakimdalam putusannya terhadap hukum positif Indonesia tersebut.
