The institution Guidance Notary is considered very important due to the Notary profession is the profession of public confidence in the state of an authentic deed. The presence of a Notary Honorary Board as an institution guidance after the Constitutional Court's decision No. 49 / PUU-X / 2012, so the guidance Notary is implemented by the Notary Supervision Board, the Notary Honorary Council and the Notary Honorary Board. The relevant data were collected and analyzed based on the statute and comparative approach that is using legal analytical descriptive researh methode that describes and explains the regulation Notary in Indonesia and the authority of guidance Notary by the Notary Supervision Board,theNotary Honorary Council and the Notary Honorary Board before and after Act No. 2 of year 2014 About of the Amendment to Act No 30 of Year 2004 Concerning about the Notary Position (UUJN-P), which can be concluded that the guidance Notary by the Notary Supervision Board is the guidance toward the violantion against the rule of the Notary position. Where as, the scope of a guidance Notary by the Notary Honorary Council is a violation related to an asumtion of a violance in Article 66 paragraph (1) UUJN-P, while the scope of the guidance Notary by the Notary Honorary Board is a guidance related to the code violations committed by Notary Public. / Lembaga Pembina Notaris sangat penting mengingat profesi Notaris adalah profesi jabatan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam pembuatan akta autentik. Hadirnya Majelis Kehormatan Notaris sebagai lembaga Pembina Notaris setelah adanya putusan MK No 49/PUU- X/2012, maka lembaga pembina Notaris dilaksanakan oleh Majelis Pengawas Notaris, Majelis Kehormatan Notaris dan Dewan Kehormatan Notaris.Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Perundang-undangan dan juga pendekatan perbandingan hukum yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yang bersifat deskriptif analitis yakni menggambarkan dan menjelaskan peraturan pembinaan Notaris di Indonesia dan kewenangan pembinaan Notaris oleh Majelis Pengawas Notaris, Majelis Kehormatan Notaris dan Dewan Kehormatan Notaris sebelum dan sesudah Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2004 Tentang Jabatan Notaris (UUJN-P), dapat disimpulkan pembinaan Notaris oleh Majelis Pengawas adalah pembinaan terhadap pelanggaran yang menyangkut Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris, sedangkan ruang lingkup pembinaan Notaris yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Kehormatan Notaris adalah pelanggaran terkait adanya dugaan tindak pidana sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 66 ayat (1) UUJN-P, sedangkan ruang lingkup pembinaan Notaris oleh Dewan Kehormatan Notaris adalah pembinaan terkait adanya pelanggaran kode etik yang dilakukan oleh Notaris.
