Abstract

Abstract is a concise summary of research paper. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of food quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Kini Kitchen Medan. Descriptive and causal studies were used to analyze a sample of 99 consumers. Respondents are consumers of Kini Kitchen Medan who were taken using non- probability sampling criteria using accidental sampling. The research result of the questionnaires has passed the validity and reliability tests. The tested data also passed the normality test. The results of the study indicate that partially or simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction at Kini Kitchen Medan It can be suggested that Kini Kitchen Medan can improve the quality of food so that it is more enjoyed by its consumers and also improve the quality of its service so that consumers have no difficulty while getting services from Kini Kitchen Medan. This in turn can increase consumer satisfaction while making purchases at Kini Kitchen./Abstrak adalah ringkasan singkat dari penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas makanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Kini Kitchen Medan. Studi deskriptif dan kausal digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel dari 99 konsumen. Responden adalah konsumen Kini Kitchen Medan yang diambil dengan menggunakan kriteria non probability sampling dengan menggunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian dari penyebaran kuesioner yang dilakukan telah lolos uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data yang diuji juga lolos uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Kini Kitchen Medan Dapat disarankan agar Kini Kitchen Medan dapat meningkatkan kualitas makanan agar lebih dinikmati oleh para konsumennya dan juga meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya agar membuat konsumen tidak kesulitan selama mendapatkan pelayanan dari Kini Kitchen Medan. Hal tersebut pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen selama melakukan pembelian pada Kini Kitchen.
