Abstract
The Enrichment Program is a program to improve the comprehension the teaching materials. This program is intended for the students who can quickly understand the teaching materials and have an interest in learning English. This study was conducted to evaluate the implementation of the English Lesson Enrichment Program Through Zoom with the CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, Product) research model introduced by Stufflebeam(1996). The research subjects consisted of nine students of SMAN 1 Cerenti. The data collection techniques used were the interviews, observations, document studies, which were later triangulated Coding what used to analyzw the collected data with the steps of reducing the information and the data were then selected based on the CIPP model. The results of this study have indicated that the evaluation of a) the Context, has the potential and ability to get the program implemented as the program objectives are in accordance with the integrated vision and mission of the school, b) the Input, training models, budgeting, supporting factors are good and appropriate, c) the Process, needs some improvement in the data service, especially the Internet d) the Products, the program results are in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely: increasing the ability of the students and training them in the village to be able to conduct virtual learning./Program Pengayaan merupakan program untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap materi ajar progam ini diperuntukan kepada murid-murid yang cepat memahami materi ajar dan punya peminatan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Program Pengayaan Pelajaran Bahasa Inggris Melalui Zoom model penelitian CIPP (Contex, Input, Process, Prodouct) oleh Stufflebeam (1996). Subjek penelitian adalah 9 murid SMAN 1 Cerenti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, studi dokumen, keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan coding dengan tahapan mereduksi informasi dan data kemudian diseleksi dengan didasari oleh model CIPP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan evaluasi a) Konteks, memiliki potensi dan kemampuan untuk melaksanakan program, tujuan program sesuai terintegrasi dengan visi dan misi sekolah, b) Masukan, model pelatihan, penganggaran, faktor pendukung baik dan sesuai, c) Proses, perlu perbaikan dalam layan data terutama Internet d) Produk, hasil program sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai, yaitu: meningkatkan kemampuan murid dan melatih mereka di desa untuk bisa melakukan pembelajaran virtual.
