Abstract

Every school actually hopes for its teachers to have good work creativity so that they can provide the best teaching for learners there. This is very important for the sustainability of the school. Because if the school institution cannot provide the best service through teaching delivered by teachers, then the school will not get learners who want to join. The researcher here wants to know the influence of core self-evaluation, intrinsic motivation and knowledge sharing on the creativity of teachers at XYZ School Jakarta. This study is a quantitative study using PLS-SEM method, so it can be analyzing the effect of the path coefficient (path coefficient) of the variables studied. The respondents of this study involving teachers at XYZ School Jakarta by conducting a survey with census data collection through an online form application with a total of 85 participants. The data obtained will be analyzed based on Structural Equation Modeling, using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. It is hope that the result of this study will give input form school management to increase the work creativity of teachers to provide the best services at XYZ School Jakarta./Setiap sekolah berharap untuk memiliki guru dengan kreativitas kerja yang baik untuk memberikan pengajaran terbaik bagi peserta didik yang dimilikinya. Hal ini sangat penting untuk keberlangsungan sekolah tersebut, karena jika instansi sekolah tidak dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik melalui pengajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru maka sekolah tersebut tidak akan mendapatkan peserta didik yang ingin bergabung. Peneliti di sini ingin mengetahui pengaruh core self-evaluation, motivasi intrinsik dan berbagi pengetahuan terhadap kreativitas kerja guru di Sekolah XYZ Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan metode PLS-SEM sehingga dapat menganalisis pengaruh koefisien jalur (Path Coefficient) dari variabel yang diteliti. Responden penelitian ini melibatkan guru di Sekolah XYZ Jakarta dengan melakukan survei dengan pendataan sensus melalui aplikasi form daring dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 85 orang. Data yang diperoleh akan dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan saran kepada manajemen sekolah dalam meningkatkan kreativitas kerja guru untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik di Sekolah XYZ.
