Abstract

Seminar hasil dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan informasi mengenai hasil Rancangan Buku Resep: 16 Asian Desserts dan untuk mendapatkan kritik dan saran mengenai buku resep yang telah dibuat sehingga dapat membuat buku resep versi terbaik. Buku resep 16 Asian Desserts merupakan buku resep yang berisikan mengenai 16 hidangan penutup yang ada di Asia. Hidangan penutup di seluruh dunia sangat bervariasi sehingga sangat menarik untuk dicoba. Hidangan penutup atau biasa dikenal sebagai dessert merupakan hidangan yang disajikan paling akhir setelah hidangan utama. Dikenal juga sebagai hidangan pencuci mulut karena fungsi dari dessert bisa membantu menghilangkan aroma atau rasa yang didapatkan saat menyantap hidangan utama. Pembuatan buku resep ini dibuat dengan metode uji literatur dimana dikumpulkan literatur yang sudah ada kemudian dilakukan uji coba resep sampai didapatkan hasil yang paling memuaskan. Dengan dibuatnya buku resep 16 Asian Desserts diharapkan dapat membantu pembaca dari semua kalangan untuk membuat hidangan penutup yang ada di Asia sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dalam kegiatan memasak./ The aims of result seminar is to inform about the design of 16 Asian Desserts recipe book and to get feedback about the recipe book that has been made. 16 Asian Desserts recipe book gives about recipe of 16 desserts in Asia. There are so many variation of desserts around the world that is why it is so interesting to try. Dessert is a dish that served after main course. The function of dessert is to help remove the smell or taste that is obtained while eating the main course. This recipe book is created by collecting from existing literature and then do a trial until the best result is achieved . This 16 Asian Dessert recipe book expected to help readers from all circles to make Asian desserts so they can use this recipe book as their reference in cooking
