Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning discipline and the role of the the teachers on mathematics learning achievement of Narada Junior High students in the 2021/2022 academic year. The population in this study is all students of Narada Junior High School in the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 170 students. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling technique as many as 120 students. This research uses quantitative methods. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, t test and f test. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that: 1) there is an effect of learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement, 2) there is no effect of the teacher's role on mathematics learning achievement, 3) there is no effect of learning discipline and the teacher's role all together toward mathematics learning achievement./Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar dan peran guru terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Narada Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Narada Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 170 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 120 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji f. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, 2) tidak ada pengaruh peran guru terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, 3) tidak ada pengaruh kedisiplinan belajar dan peran guru secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar matematika.
