Abstract

The implementation of online teaching and learning process during the Covid-19 Pandemic is a major change. Student learning motivation is one of the important factors in the success of online learning, which is influenced by several factors, namely pedagogical competence, innovative behavior and teacher creativity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of pedagogical competencies, innovative behavior and creativity of students' online learning motivation teachers. This study involved 68 students of class VI of XYZ Elementary School West Jakarta as research subjects. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the research obtained show that pedagogical competencies have a positive and significant effect on students' online learning motivation, innovative behavior has a positive and significant effect on students' online learning motivation, and teacher creativity has positive effect on students' online learning motivation./Pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar dalam jaringan (daring) di masa Pandemic Covid-19 merupakan sebuah perubahan besar. Motivasi belajar siswa merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kesuksesan pembelajaran daring yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, perilaku inovatif dan kreativitas guru.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, perilaku inovatif dan kreativitas guru motivasi belajar daring siswa. Penelitian ini melibatkan 68 orang siswa kelas VI SD XYZ Jakarta Barat sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar daring siswa, perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar daring siswa, serta kreativitas guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar daring siswa.
