Abstract

Educational institutions are required to always change to build the next generation that can be reliable and ready for change. Therefore, educational institutions also need to have educators (teachers) who are creative, open to change, and can make innovations in learning activities. The teacher’s creative performance is related to many factors, including competence-based trust, explicit knowledge contribution, and digital knowledge sharing. This research aims to determine the influence of competence-based trust, explicit knowledge contribution, and digital knowledge sharing on creative performance teachers. The respondence of the study was 163 teachers of XYZ Tangerang Middle School, which was seen to have a high level of performance. The research design used is a quantitative approach with correlational design and PLS-SEM as the methodology. The results of the research obtained showed that competence based trust, explicit knowledge contribution and digital knowledge sharing have a positive effect on creative performance teachers./Lembaga pendidikan dituntut untuk selalu berubah agar dapat mencetak generasi penerus yang dapat dihandalkan dan siap terhadap perubahan. Oleh karena itu Lembaga pendidikan perlu memiliki tenaga pendidik (guru) yang kreatif, bersikap terbuka terhadap perubahan dan dapat membuat inovasi-inovasi baru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Kinerja kreatif guru (Teacher creative performance) berkaitan dengan banyak faktor diantaranya competence based trust, explicit knowledge contribution dan digital knowledge sharing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh competence based trust, explicit knowledge contribution dan digital knowledge sharing terhadap teacher creative performance. Responden penelitian adalah 163 guru Sekolah Menengah XYZ Tangerang, dimana terlihat memiliki tingkat kinerja tinggi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model korelational dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa competence based trust, explicit knowledge contribution dan digital knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif terhadap teacher creative performance.
