Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the way various sectors work, including the educational sector. Face-to-face learning had to be stopped due to government regulations and the implementation of health protocols. Therefore, distance learning is implemented as a solution. However, the implementation of distance learning has posed another problem. Several factors that influence students’ English learning outcomes during distance learning are perception on distance learning implementation, burnout level, and time management. This research aims to analyze whether perception on distance learning implementation has a positive effect, burnout level has a negative effect, and time management have a positive effect on the English learning outcomes of Grade X students in XYZ Senior High School or not. The quantitative approach was used and simple linear regression was used to determine whether the three variables partially have an effect on the English learning outcomes or not. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and collecting the English learning outcomes. Furthermore, the data was processed using validity, reliability, classical assumption, and hypothesis tests. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that perception on distance learning implementation does not have a positive effect, burnout level does not have a negative effect, and time management does not have a positive effect on the English learning outcomes./Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempengaruhi cara bekerja berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Pembelajaran tatap muka harus dihentikan karena adanya peraturan pemerintah dan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Maka dari itu, pembelajaran jarak jauh dilakukan sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi. Namun, penerapan pembelajaran jarak jauh menimbulkan permasalahan yang lain. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa selama pembelajaran jarak jauh adalah persepsi implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh, tingkat burnout, dan manajemen waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah persepsi implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh berpengaruh positif, tingkat burnout berpengaruh negatif, dan manajemen waktu berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris siswa kelas X di SMA XYZ atau tidak. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan uji regresi linear sederhana digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah ketiga variabel tersebut secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris atau tidak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa, melakukan wawancara dengan beberapa dari mereka, dan mengumpulkan hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris. Selanjutnya, data diolah dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan pengujian data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi implementasi pembelajaran jarak jauh tidak berpengaruh positif, tingkat burnout tidak berpengaruh negatif, dan manajemen waktu tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Inggris.
