Abstract
Hidangan penutup merupakan suatu hidangan yang dihidangkan sebagai hidangan dengan menyajikan rasa lembut dan manis serta dapat dinikmati secara panas atau dingin. Dalam peristiwa saat ini, kebutuhan akan makanan dengan struktur dan selera yang berbeda telah dipergunakan untuk tujuan bisnis guna mencapai penghasilan. Maka dari itu, berbagai jenis makanan hidangan penutup telah dicoba oleh para pengusaha kuliner untuk ditawarkan kepada masyarakat luas. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk tetap memenuhi kebutuhan pembeli yang umumnya ingin mencoba sesuatu yang baru dan unik. Dengan perkembangan yang ada, variasi jenis makanan manis atau kue kering yang ada akan dibuat dan akan ditingkatkan dengan menambahkan bahan tambahan, dan disini penulis akan menambahkan teh putih asli dari Indonesia ke dalam kombinasi sajian yang menjadi suatu inovasi yang akan dikenalkan kepada masyarakat luas. Maka dari itu, penulis akan membuat e-buku resep hidangan penutup dengan menambahkan teh putih sebagai tambahan rasa pada hidangan penutup yang berjudul “Hidangan Penutup Teh Putih”.

/Dessert is a typical soft yet sweet dishess which can be enjoyrd either in a hot or even cold way. Though that make dessert is being used for business purposes, increases income positively. According to that situation, so many culinary entrepreneurs work really hard, encourange themself to serve various number of satisfying dessert to society which mostly like to try something fresh and unique. Thinking about trends which is developing massively, it is going to be an important point to level up pastry to be an unusual interesting dishess. To fullfill this idea, writer would add Indonesian authentic tea, which is White Tea as a special ingredient for the pastry dishess. Meanwhile, writer would publish a specific recipe e-book, “Hidangan Penutup Teh Putih” to spread this original recipe to society.
