Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudulkan “Pengaruh Persepsi Konsumen Pada Kualitas Makanan, Pelayanan, Physical Environment, Harga, Rapidity, dan Nilai Konsumen Terhadap Minat Pembelian Kembali Street Food di Kawasan Pasar Lama, Tangerang” bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang pengaruh beberapa faktor yaitu, kualitas makanan, kualitas pelayanan, harga, physical environment, dan rapidity yang berdampak pada nilai utilitarian dan nilai hedonis sehingga memiliki dampak terhadap repurchase intention atau minat pembelian kembali pada Street Food yang berada di kawasan Pasar Lama Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form pada konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi dan membeli Street Food di Kawasan Pasar Lama Tangerang dengan total 160 responden yang kemudian penulis mengumpulkan dan mengolah data tersebut melalui perangkat lunak SMART-PLS versi 3.00. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa lima faktor dari kualitas makanan, kualitas pelayanan, harga, physical environment, dan rapidity memiliki dampak yang positif dan negatif terhadap nilai utilitarian dan nilai hedonis. Selain itu, nilai utilitarian dan nilai hedonis yang dirasakan ini kemudian berpengaruh positif pada minat pembelian kembali. / This study titled "Pengaruh Persepsi Konsumen Pada Kualitas Makanan, Pelayanan, Physical Environment, Harga, Rapidity, dan Nilai Konsumen Terhadap Minat Pembelian Kembali Street Food di Kawasan Pasar Lama, Tangerang" aims to examine the influence of several factors namely, food quality, service quality, price, physical environment, and rapidity that have an impact on the utilitarian value and hedonic value so that it has an impact on repurchase intention towards Street Food located in Pasar Lama Tangerang. The research method that the author uses is descriptive and quantitative research methods by distributing questionnaires using google form to consumers who have visited and purchased Street Food in Pasar Lama Tangerang area with a total of 160 respondents who then the authors collected and processed the data through the SMART-PLS version 3.00 software. The results prove that the five factors of food quality, service quality, price, physical environment, and rapidity positively and negatively impact utilitarian and hedonic values. In addition, these perceived utilitarian and hedonic values then have a positive effect on repurchase intention.
