Abstract

Human resources are very important for the company or organization in managing, regulating, harness the employees so that employees can function in productive to the achievement of the goal. Low employee job satisfaction results in high turnover due to low reward and work environment that is not optimal. The objective of this study is to investigate rewards and work environment have an influence on job satisfaction at PT Nicky Tri Cahaya Medan. Reward and Work Environment have an important role in shaping Job Satisfaction. Reward and Work Environment are highly connected with Job Satisfaction and company performance. In this research, writer used quantitative research design and IBM SPSS statistics V.25. The writer used descriptive and causal research. The sampling technique used is census sampling method. The population will be all customers and sample amounted to 62 employees. The result of hypothesis test, Reward and Work Environment have influence on Job Satisfaction at PT Nicky Tri Cahaya Medan, either partial and simultaneous. Furthermore, Reward and Work Environment have 60.1% influence on Job Satisfaction. This research also passed the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and the equation is Y = 7.959 + 0.398 Reward + 0.297 Work Environment + e. Recommendations for the company's management increased reward with the provision of promotion and improvement of the work environment with the supervision of work./ Sumber daya manusia sangat penting bagi perusahaan atau organisasi dalam mengelola, mengatur, memanfaatkan karyawan sehingga karyawan dapat berfungsi secara produktif untuk pencapaian tujuan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan yang rendah mengakibatkan turnover yang tinggi disebabkan reward yang rendah dan lingkungan kerja yang belum optimal.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui reward dan lingkungan kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT Nicky Tri Cahaya Medan. Reward dan lingkungan kerja memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepuasan kerja. Penghargaan dan lingkungan kerja sangat terkait dengan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dan IBM SPSS statistics V. 25. Penulis menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dan kausal. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sampling. Populasi akan semua pelanggan dan sampel sebesar 62 karyawan. Hasil uji hipotesis, Reward dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT Nicky Tri Cahaya Medan, baik parsial maupun simultan. Selain itu, Reward dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 60,1% Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Penelitian ini juga lolos uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan persamaan Y = 7,959 + 0,398 Reward + 0,297 lingkungan kerja + e. Rekomendasi untuk manajemen perusahaan adalah peningkatan reward dengan pemberian promosi jabatan dan peningkatan lingkungan kerja dengan adanya pengawasan kerja.
