This study aims to examine the relationship between Holland Code, Multiple Intelligences and Color Q Personality to Career Selection. This research was conducted in several high schools in the Jakarta area. The respondents in this study were 30 students, all of whom were high school students aged 15-17 who had taken the Psychometric Test at the ELITE Educational Institute Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from the results of psychometric tests and uses a frequency distribution to obtain the results. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between Holland Code, Multiple Intelligences and Color Q Personality on Career Selection for children aged 15-17 years, which means that Holland Code, Multiple Intelligences and Color Q Personality can be used as a reference to predict children's career choices in the future. / Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kaitan Holland Code, Multiple Intelligences dan Color Q Personality terhadap Pemilihan Karier. Penelitian ini dilakukan di beberapa sekolah tingkat SMA di area Jakarta. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa yang seluruhnya adalah siswa SMA dengan usia 15-17 yang telah mengikuti Tes Psikometri di Lembaga Pendidikan ELITE Educational Institute. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil tes psikometri dan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi untuk mendapatkan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kaitan antara Holland Code, Multiple Intelligences dan Color Q Personality terhadap Pemilihan Karier anak usia 15-17 tahun yang berarti bahwa Holland Code, Multiple Intelligences dan Color Q Personality dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memprediksi pilihan karier anak di masa depan.
