Abstract
In a company, the role of an employee is very huge because they are one of the resources that operate the entire company. Employee performance can be influenced by several factors, including job satisfaction and organizational culture. Job satisfaction is shown through an emotional attitude that is pleasant and loves his job. Organizational culture in a company is a certain pattern such as behavior and norms that are owned by every employee in it. In this study the authors will find out whether job satisfaction and organizational culture can effect employee performance at PT Anugrah Sentana Agro.
The research design for this study is a quantitative method. In analyzing the data, the methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and determination test. The population and company sample are 53 people and the sampling technique is census sampling where the entire population is used as a sample.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that job satisfaction and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT Anugrah Sentana Agro, Medan. From the tests carried out, the results obtained that the data are normally distributed, have a linear relationship, and are free of heteroscedasticity. The equation obtained is Y= 6.537 + 0.659 X1 + 0.323 X2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.348 which indicates that 34.8% of the factors that influence employee performance at PT Anugrah Sentana Agro are job satisfaction and organizational culture. While the other 65.2% were influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. / Di dalam perusahaan, peran karyawan sangatlah besar karena karyawan merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang mengoperasikan seluruh perusahaan. Kinerja karyawan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Kepuasan kerja ditunjukkan dari sikap yang menyenangkan dan mencintai pekerjaannya. Budaya organisasi perusahaan merupakan pola seperti perilaku dan norma yang dimiliki setiap karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Anugrah Sentana Agro.
Desain penelitian untuk penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Dalam menganalisis data, metode yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen penelitian, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji determinasi. Populasi dan sampel perusahaan adalah 53 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah sensus sampling dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Anugrah Sentana Agro, Medan. Dari pengujian yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa data berdistribusi normal, memiliki hubungan linier, dan bebas heteroskedastisitas. Persamaan yang diperoleh adalah Y = 6,537 + 0,659 X1 + 0,323 X2. Koefision determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.348 yang menunjukkan bahwa 34.8% faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT Anugrah Sentana Agro adalah kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi. Sedangkan 65.2% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini.
