This research aims to analyze the enterprise risk management implementation at PT United Tractors Tbk. The object of this research is policy, risk, procedure and authorization department of PT United Tractors Tbk. To evaluate the enterprise risk management implementation at PT United Tractors Tbk, this research use ISO 31000 as the standard. Specifically, the analysis tool used in this research is risk register method. According to the analysis, the enterprise risk management implementation at PT United Tractors Tbk is not perfect and should be improved. Moreover, the strengths of PT United Tractors Tbk's enterprise risk management are the involvement of group discussion and debate, design and use of adequate documentation technique and implementation of periodic audit procedure. In the other hand, the weaknesses of PT United Tractors Tbk's enterprise risk management are a breach of an internal control principle and failure in mitigating three of ten identified risks.
