Abstract
Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam bidang usaha makanan dan minuman merupakan salah satu aspek yang terdampak pada masa covid-19. Dalam mempertahankan usahanya, UMKM perlu mengetahui upaya yang tepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan faktor yang tepat sebagai upaya mempertahankan UMKM dalam masa pandemi dengan menggunakan statistika dan AHP. Penelitian berlangsung mulai bulan
Januari 2022 hingga bulan Juli 2022 dengan menggunakan metode kuisoner, observasi,wawancara, dan mengkaji beberapa kajian pustaka yang berasal dari jurnal danbuku. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan diambil terdapat 3 faktor yaitu manajemen
risiko, pencatatan keuangan, dan bantuan pemerintah. Data yang digunakan terbukti valid dan reliabel menurut perhitungan statistika menggunakan validitas dan reliabilitas. Ketiga
faktormasing-masingmemiliki hubungan dengan ketahanan UMKM dengan hasilt tabel < t hitung. Ketiga faktor juga bersifat simultan dalam mempengaruhi ketahanan UMKM melalui uji F. Bobot pengaruh menggunakan uji statistika koefisien determinasi menghasilkan bobot faktor pencatatan keuangan dengan 20.9%, bantuan pemerintah 20.2%, dan manajemen risiko 8.4%. Berkesinambungan dengan hasil uji AHP yang menghasilkan bobot kriteria pencatatan keuangan 44.3%, bantuan pemerintah 38.7%, dan manajemen risiko 16.8%. Menurut hasil pembobotan alternatif terhadap faktor ketahanan UMKM yang terbaik adalah dengan metode pencatatan keuangan dan bantuan pemerintah. / Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the food and beverage business sector are one of the aspects affected during the COVID-19 period. In maintaining their business, MSMEs need to know the right efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the right factors as an effort to maintain UMKM during a pandemic using statistics and AHP. The research took place from January 2022 to July 2022 using questionnaires, observations, interviews, and reviewing several literature reviews from journals and books. From the research that has been done, there are 3 factors, namely risk management, financial records, and government
assistance. The data used is proven to be valid and reliable according to statistical calculations using validity and reliability. The three factors each have a relationship
with the resilience of SMEs with the results of t table < t count. The three factors are also simultaneous in influencing the resilience of UMKM through the F test. The weight of the influence using the statistical test of the coefficient of
determination produces a financial record factor weight of 20.9%, government assistance 20.2%, and risk management 8.4%. Continuing with the results of the AHP test which results in the weight of the financial recording criteria of 44.3%,
government assistance 38.7%, and risk management 16.8%.
