Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi, dimana pada masa ini banyak terjadi perubahan secara fisik dan besarnya rasa ingin tahu terhadap suatu hal yang baru. Rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan dan banyaknya dampak dari rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi seperti kehamilan diluar nikah, infeksi menular seksual dan pernikahan usia dini merupakan masalah yang terjadi pada remaja. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi seperti demografi, sosio ekonomi, jenis kelamin, budaya, sumber informasi dan akses informasi. Pada era globalisasi, teknologi semakin berkembang dengan pesat sehingga akses informasi merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian potong lintang (cross sectional). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 120 orang yang merupakan siswa/i SMA Negeri 3 Sendawar yang dipilih yakni dengan simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan sejak bulan Maret – Mei 2022. Hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan SPSS 26.0 dengan analisa chi-square. Dari total 120 sampel yang terkumpul, ditemukan ada pengaruh akses informasi terhadap tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja./ Adolescence is a period of transition, where at this time there are many physical changes and the amount of curiosity about something new. The low level of knowledge and the many impacts of the low level of knowledge on reproductive health such as pregnancy out of wedlock, sexually transmitted infections and early marriage are problems that occur in adolescents. Many factors affect reproductive health knowledge such as demographics, socioeconomic, gender, culture, sources of information and access to information. In the era of globalization, technology is growing rapidly so that access to information is the most influential factor in reproductive health knowledge. This study used a cross-sectional research method. The research sample was 120 people who were students of SMA Negeri 3 Sendawar who were selected using simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out in March – May 2022. The results of the study were processed using the SPSS 26.0 program using chi-square analysis.From a total of 120 samples collected, it was found that there was an effect of access to information on the level of knowledge of adolescent reproductive health.
