Abstract

Latar belakang : Didalam pekerjaan polisi dapat melakukan tugas yang memakan waktu yang cukup lama, terutama polisi menggunakan sepatu wajib yaitu PDH yang telah berlaku pada peraturan kepolisian Indonesia. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kaki tidak rileks pada bentuk kaki sehingga dapat menyebabkan nyeri tumit yang sering disebut dengan fasciitis plantaris. Beberapa penelitian telah membuktikan adanya hubungan antara lama durasi berdiri dengan resiko kejadian plantar fasciitis. Tetapi, kurang adanya data penelitian yang menggunakan faktor risiko lainnya. salah satunya yaitu lama durasi berdiri dalam penggunaan sepatu khususnya sepatu PDH dengan risiko fasciitis plantaris di Indonesia. Tujuan Penelitian : untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara durasi lama berdiri dalam penggunaan sepatu PDH dengan resiko plantar fasciitis pada polisi di Kutai Barat. Metode :Menggunakan desain studi potong lintang pada 56 anggota polisi/polwan di Kutai Barat (Polres) yang dipilih dengan metode perposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner foot function index (FFI), Prolonged Standing Strain Index (PSSI), dan data lainnya. Hasil akan di analisis dengan uji korelatif Chi-Square. Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara lama durasi berdiri dalam penggunaan sepatu PDH dengan risiko fasciitis plantaris pada polisi dan polwan di Kutai Barat (P-value =.266). Dan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap faktor risiko dari indeks massa tubuh (IMT), jenis kelamin dan usia. Tetapi terdapat adanya hubungan yang signifikan dengan kondisi sepatu (p-value = 0.003). Dari analisis data, diketahui 92.9% polisi berisiko mengalami fasciitis plantaris dan 7.1% yang tidak berisiko. Oleh sebab itu penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian terhadap kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan : berdasarkan hasil analisis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara lama durasi berdiri dalam penggunaan sepatu PDH dengan risiko fasciitis plantaris. / Background : In the work of the police can carry out tasks that take a long time, especially the police use the mandatory shoes, namely PDH which has been applied to Indonesian police regulations. This can cause the foot to not relax in the shape of the foot so that it can cause heel pain which is often called plantar fasciitis. Several studies have proven an association between standing duration and the risk of plantar fasciitis. However, there is a lack of research data using other risk factors. one of them is the long duration of standing in the use of shoes, especially PDH shoes with the risk of plantar fasciitis in Indonesia. Objective: to determine whether there is a relationship between the duration of standing in the use of PDH shoes with the risk of plantar fasciitis in police officers in West Kutai. Methods: Using a cross-sectional study design, 56 police/policewomen in West Kutai (Polres) were selected by perposive sampling method. Data were collected using a foot function index (FFI) questionnaire, Prolonged Standing Strain Index (PSSI), and other data. The results will be analyzed with the Chi-Square correlative test. Results: The results of this study showed that there was no significant relationship between the duration of standing in the use of PDH shoes and the risk of plantar fasciitis in police officers in West Kutai (P-value = .266). And does not have a significant relationship to risk factors from body mass index (BMI), gender and age. But there is a significant relationship with shoe condition (p-value = 0.003). From the data analysis, it is known that 92.9% of police are at risk for plantar fasciitis and 7.1% are not at risk. Therefore, further research can conduct research on the control group. Conclusion: based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between the duration of standing in the use of PDH shoes with the risk of plantar fasciitis.
