Innovation is an introduction of new product or ideas to provide solution or disrupted the market on for company purpose. This study is aim to evaluate the impact of innovation towards company competitiveness at PT Indokarya. Purpose of this study is to reveal the relation between innovation and competitiveness. Innovation is the key element in providing top line growth for increasing bottom line result. The innovative capacity of a firm determines its level of innovativeness which has an impact on its competitiveness against its competitors. This study applied a quantitative research design to work on the research objective. On this research, convenience sampling method is applied. Number of samples gathered at PT Indokarya are 43 customers. Questionnaires are distributes to collect information. The questionnaire is distributed well and analyze the data accordingly. Test on validity and reliability prove has been passed the test. Coefficient of correlation result is 0.741 which means the relationship is high and positive while determination test result is 54.9% it’s means Innovation is affecting Competitiveness. Linear aggression analysis result is Y= 11.442+ 0.683(X). Result of Z-test hypothesis testing showed that Innovation has influence for company competitiveness at PT Indokarya. Innovation is a routinity that company must consider that they need to perform on certain period of time. Innovation must develop within all aspect of company is involved there is no person alone could perform and draw an idea on innovation it need a superteam not a superman in order to growth on target.
