Article 77 Act Number 40 Year 2007 on Limited Company (UUPT) allowing General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) to be held through teleconference as a substitute of physical meeting, also allowing the deeds to be in form of electronic signature. Problem occur as UUPT did not regulate further rule about how the GMS should be held and how public notary as the authorized maker of the notary deeds, could make the GMS official report through teleconference. In this research, the data-collecting process was done using statute approach and conceptual approach. The result concluded that GMS implementation through teleconference undergo stages such as preparation of the meeting materials, invitation to GMS, and signing the resume how usual GMS was held, but in addition it has to be equipped with computer devices that allow the participants to see and hear each other directly also allow them to participate in the meeting. The writer found a legal vacuum on public notary authority to participate on GMS and make the GMS official report through teleconference, considering Act Number 30 Year 2004 jo Act Number 2 Year 2014 on Notary Function (UUJN) and UUPT did not clearly mention the public notary authority to make GMS official report through teleconference.
