This paper investigates the application of Learning Organization dimensions of Peter Senge (1990) in PT Bizzy Commerce Indonesia. As one of the players in B2B market in Indonesia, PT Bizzy Commerce Indonesia must perform changes and its employees must continuously adapt to the changing environment. It should be done in order for them to exist in its endeavor to be the biggest and foremost in the B2B market all over South East Asia. This research uses quantitative approach and uses sample taken using stratified random sampling with a total of 200 respondents from the population of the entire employees of PT Bizzy Commerce Indonesia office located in Jakarta. Data collected from the survey is analyzed using SPSS version 25.0 to analyze the application of learning organization dimensions-i.e. personal mastery, mental model, shared vision, system thinking, and team learning-in PT Bizzy Commerce Indonesia. In this research, analytical results are produced using frequency distribution and central tendency. The result of the research shows that the five learning organization dimensions have been applied well within PT Bizzy Commerce Indonesia with the following scores: 883,8 for System Thinking, 868,2 for Mental Model; 856,3 for Personal Mastery, 832 for Team Learning, and 784,8 for Shared Vision. The scores imply that the application of Shared Vision and Team Learning is good; while the application of Personal Mastery, Mental Model, and System Thinking is excellent.
