Abstract

Perkembangan dunia perbatikan di Indonesia melaju pesat sejak diresmikannya batik sebagai warisan budaya Indonesia. Banyak pengusaha membuka usaha batik mulai dari pembuat batik hingga pakaian jadinya. Perusahaan-perusahaan produsen batik berlomba-lomba menciptakan suatu desain batik dan pakaian untuk memberikan suatu keindahan dari batik. Salah satu perusahaan tersebut adalah La Batik. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas produk, dan desain produk terhadap customer value khususnya pada penelitian ini yaitu para konsumen La Batik di Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu para customer yang tinggal di wilayah kota Surabaya yang telah membeli dan menggunakan produk La Batik sejumlah 100 responden. Untuk pengolahan dan penganalisaan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan SPSS dengan software SPSS 16.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan desain produk menghasilkan pengaruh yang positif terhadap customer value konsumen. Lebih lanjut hasil dari penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan desain produk terhadap customer value karena memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar 0.611, namun desain produk juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap customer value dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.404. Secara bersama-sama kualitas produk dan kualitas desain berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap customer value karena memiliki nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.582 / Since the founding of batik as an Indonesian cultural heritage, batik industry in Indonesia has growth rapidly. Many entrepreneurs open businesses starting from batik makers to batik clothing. Batik producer compete to create a batik designs and clothing that shown the beauty of batik. One of the companies is La Batik. This research objective is to find out how product quality and product design influence the customer value, especially in this research is consumers La Batik in Surabaya. The sample of this study is the customers who live in Surabaya, which has been buying and using products La Batik with number of 100 respondents. For processing and analyzing data in this study by using SPSS with SPSS 16.0 software. The analysis showed that product quality and product design shown a positive influence on customer value. More over, the finding of research shown that product quality has a higher impact than product design to customer value because it has a regression coefficient of 0.611, but product design also has an influence on customer value with a regression coefficient of 0.404. Simultaneously, product quality and product design has a significant effect on product customer value with regression coefficient value of 0.582
