Abstract
Etos Kerja adalah suatu aspek yang harus dimiliki oleh seluruh karyawan guna mencapai kinerja yang baik dan menghasilkan produktivitas yang diinginkan. Dalam suatu perusahaan, tentu membutuhkan kinerja yang baik dari para pegawai yang mampu untuk mencapai visi dan misi universitas melalui kontribusinya terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Trinusa Ekasakti yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap etos kerja pegawai. Jumlah sampel 30 subjek yang diolah dengan menggunakan metode total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala etos kerja yang diadaptasikan dari teori Tasmara (2002). Etos kerja menghasilkan reliabilitas sebesar 0.966, Skala kepuasan kerja yang disusun oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori Spector (1997) dan menghasilkan reliabilitas sebesar 0.966, dan skala kualitas kehidupan kerja yang diadaptasikan dari teori Cascio (1995) dan menghasilkan reliabilitas sebesar 0.806. Data yang dikumpulkan diuji dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap etos kerja dengan presentase 96,6% dan nilai R Square adalah 0,966 (F= 387. 394, p= 0.000) dan dengan persamaan regresi Y = -7.530 + 1.007X ± 3.531. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, menyatakan bahwa etos kerja karyawan di perusahaan ini perlu di tingkatkan supaya produktivitas perusahaan dapat meningkat pula / Work ethic is an aspect that every employee must achieve to create high performance and create the productivity. In a company, a good work effort from staff is needed to reach the vision and mission of the company through their contributing to the company. This research was held in PT. Trinusa Ekasakti with purpose to determine the influence of job satisfaction and quality of work life towards work ethic among employees in PT. Trinusa Ekasakti. The amount of sample for this research are 30 subjects is which using total sampling method. This research uses quantitative research methods which applies a work ethic scale which was adapted based on Tasmara (2002). Work ethic scale has reliability score 0.966, job satisfaction scale which was adapted based on Spector (1997) and resulted a reliability score as high as 0.966 and a quality of work life scale which was formed by the researcher based on Cascio (1995) theory and resulted a reliability score as high as 0.806. Data that has been collected is tested using simple linear regression testing and multiple linear regression. Results shows that job satisfaction has an influence towards work ethic with tendency to 36,67% (F= 387. 394, p= 0.000) and with regression Y = -7.530 + 1.007X ± 3.531. Based on the result of this research, it shows that there must be an effort to maintain and increase the work ethic of employee in order to pursue high productivity rate for the company
