Abstract
Motivasi belajar dipandang sebagai dorongan mental yang menggerakkan dan mengarahkan
perilaku belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan gratitude
terhadap motivasi belajar remaja pemuda gereja GBI Setia Bakti Kediri. Penelitian menggunakan
kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga skala yaitu motivasi belajar yang mengacu pada teori menurut Uno
(2013), religiusitas yang mengacu pada teori menurut Huber dan Huber (2012), dan gratitude
yang mengacu pada teori Mccullough, dkk, (2002). Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 40 remaja
pemuda gereja GBI Setia Bakti Kediri dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh religiusitas terhadap motivasi belajar remaja
pemuda gereja GBI Setia Bakti Kediri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,977
dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,005 (p<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh gratitude terhadap motivasi belajar
remaja pemuda gereja GBI Setia Bakti Kediri sebesar 18,9%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai t
hitung sebesar 2,976 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,005 (p<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh religiusitas
dan gratitude terhadap motivasi belajar remaja pemuda gereja GBI Setia Bakti Kediri sebesar
18,9%. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai F hitung sebesar 6,293 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,004
(p<0,05). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh religiusitas dan gratitude terhadap
motivasi belajar remaja pemuda gereja GBI Setia Bakti Kediri sebesar 25,4%. Saran untuk remaja
pemuda gereja hendaknya meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya dengan cara membuat daftar apa saja
yang hendak dipelajari supaya fokus. Saran untuk orang tua agar dapat memberikan pemahaman
akan pentingnya religiusitas dan gratitude agar dapat memotivasi belajar anaknya. Saran untuk
pendeta agar dapat memberikan motivasi kepada remaja pemuda gereja melalui kegiatan-kegiatan
yang diadakan secara rutin di gereja dan bagi penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel
lain yang memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat dari kedua variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini / Learning motivation is viewed as mental drive that induce and direct the learning behavior. This research is aimed at finding the influence of religiosity and gratitude over learning motivation of the youth of GBI Setia Bakti Kediri. The research applies questioner consisting of three scales, namely learning motivation as referred to in Uno's theory (2013), religiousity as referred to in Huber and Huber's theory (2012), and gratitude as referred to in theory of Mccullough, et al, (2002). Sample of this research is the 40 teenagers of GBI Setia Bakti Kediri. The research was done by administering total sampling method. Results showed that there was an influence of religiosity on the learning motivation of youth of GBI Setia Bakti Kediri youth church. The analysis showed that the value of t was 2.977 with a significance of 0.005 (p <0.05). There is an effect of gratitude on the learning motivation of young people of GBI Setia Bakti Kediri church by 18.9%. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of religiosity and gratitude on the learning motivation of young people of GBI Setia Bakti Kediri church by 25.4%. Suggestions for young church youth should increase their motivation to learn by making a list of what they want to learn to focus. Suggestions for parents to be able to provide an understanding of the importance of religiosity and gratitude in order to motivate their children's learning. Suggestions for pastors to be able to provide motivation to church youth through activities that are held routinely in the church and for further research can use other variables that have a stronger relationship than the two independent variables in this study
