Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model hubungan konflik kerja – keluarga, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan niat untuk pindah. Niat untuk pindah dapat meningkat karena adanya ketidakpuasan dalam pekerjaan dan konflik kerja- keluarga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan teknik statistical sampling di dalam pengumpulan data. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan survey 140 responden karyawan PT. X di Surabaya. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) program LISREL Hasil pengujian 4 hipotesis (H1, H2, H3 dan H4) menunjukkan bahwa Tiga hipotesis (H1, H2 dan H3) diterima yaitu Konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasional dan Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap niat untuk pindah. . Satu hipotesis (H4) yang ditolak yaitu: Konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasional
