Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pada dasarnya, setiap orang pernah mengalami stres, baik ringan, sedang, maupun berat. Namun istilah “stress” itu sendiri sering disalah artikan, yang dimana menunjuk pada fenomena “tidak waras”. Stres bisa dihadapi oleh individu hampir pada semua kalangan, baik dewasa, remaja, maupun anak – anak. Motivasi belajar sendiri berasal dari kata motiv yang artinya dorongan, kehendak, alasan atau kemauan. Fungsi dari motivasi itu sendiri sebagai pendorong usaha dan pencapaian prestasi. Stres yang dihadapi remaja dapat memengaruhi motivasi belajar mereka. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui hubungan tingkat stres dengan motivasi belajar remaja kelompok usia 15 – 18 tahun di Kota Depok. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan studi analitik dengan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional). Sampel penelitian merupakan remaja berusia 15 – 18 tahun di Kota Depok didapati sebanyak 209 sampel yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan chi square sebagai uji statistik. Hasil : Pada penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 201 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Didapati 42 (20,9%) remaja dengan tingkat stres normal, 24 (11,9%) remaja dengan tingkat stres ringan, 31 (15,4%) remaja dengan tingkat stres sedang, 39 (19,4%) remaja dengan tingkat stres berat, dan 65 (32,3%) remaja dengan tingkat stres berat. Dari hasil yang didapatkan dengan menggunakan uji chi – square didapati nilai p-value 0,047 dengan nilai OR 1,403 (0,621-3,169). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat stres dengan motivasi belajar remaja kelompok usia 15 – 18 tahun di Kota Depok. / Background : Basically, everyone has experienced stress, whether mild, moderate, or severe. However, the term "stress" itself is often misunderstood, which refers to the phenomenon of "insane". Stress can be faced by individuals in almost all circles, both adults, teenagers, and children. Learning motivation itself comes from the word motivation which means encouragement, will, reason or will. The function of motivation itself is as a driver of effort and achievement. The stress faced by adolescents can affect their motivation to learn. Objectives: To determine the relationship between stress levels and learning motivation of adolescents aged 15-18 years in the city of Depok. Methods: This study used an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. The
research sample is teenagers aged 15-18 years in the city of Depok found as many as 209 samples taken by simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out using a google form questionnaire. This study uses chi square as a statistical test. Results: In this study, there were 201 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. There were 42 (20.9%) adolescents with normal stress levels, 24 (11.9%) adolescents with mild stress levels, 31 (15.4%) adolescents with moderate stress levels, 39 (19.4%) adolescents with moderate stress levels. severe stress, and 65 (32.3%) adolescents with severe stress levels. From the results obtained using the chi-square test, it was found that the p-value was 0.047 with an OR value of 1.403 (0.621-3.169). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between stress levels and learning motivation of adolescents aged 15-18 years in Depok City.
