Abstract

Pada pandemi Covid-19, kesehatan dan kualitas hidup memainkan peran utama dalam menjaga tubuh tetap fit. Penyakit Covid merupakan penyakit yang menular dan menyerang saluran pernapasan atas manusia. gejala ini bervariasi, seperti; demam, batuk, sesak napas, hilang indra penciuman dan pengecapan. Pasien yang memiliki penyakit komorbid seperti penyakit kognitif, hipertensi, diabetes, asma, COPD memiliki risiko tinggi pada gejala yang dihasilkan oleh Covid-19. Upaya pencegahan dilakukan dengan pemberian vaksinasi untuk mencegah penularan penyakit. Penyakit Covid-19 dapat berpotensi memicu atau mempercepat degenerasi saraf, salah satunya adalah penyakit parkinson. Efek tidak langsung yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi menyebabkan dampak yang cukup signifikan pada kesehatan mental, aktifitas fisik, stress, dan kecemasan pada pasien / In the Covid-19 pandemic, health and quality of life play a major role in keeping the body fit. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that infects the upper respiratory tract of humans. These symptoms vary, such as; fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of sense of smell and taste. Patients who have comorbid diseases such as cognitive disease, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, COPD have a high risk of symptoms produced by COVID- 19. Prevention efforts are carried out by giving vaccinations to prevent disease transmission. Covid-19 disease can potentially trigger or accelerate nerve degeneration, one of which is Parkinson's. The indirect effects caused by the pandemic causing a significant impact on mental health, physical activity, stress, and anxiety in patients
