Abstract

Universitas Pelita Harapan Sports Department’s website stores data related to the events organized by UPH Sports Department. The data within the website changed periodically. Therefore, an admin panel is needed so that existing data can be changed freely and updated at any time. The person who has authority in this admin panel is the administrator of the UPH Sports Departement’s website. With admin panel, an administrator can change data in the website such as creating articles, Internal Sport League registrations, organizing match schedules and match results which held by UPH Sports Department. In addition, administrator can manage users of admin panel and add new modules to facilitate data changing in the UPH Sports Department’s website. All data in the admin panel can be changed at any time whenever the data is needed to be updated. As the results of designing, testing and implementation, it can be concluded that the admin panel helps manage data easily and quickly. All the features of the admin panel also fulfill it’s requirements.
