Abstract
Ada lebih dari 4,3 juta sepeda motor terjual dalam 9 bulan pertama tahun 2021, dengan jumlah kendaraan sebanyak itu kebutuhan untuk perbaikan tidak bisa dihindari. Semua Astra Honda Authorized Service Station atau disingkat AHASS, beroperasi secara mandiri sehingga perlu adanya cara untuk bertukar informasi antara mereka dan juga pelanggan mereka. Sejauh ini belum ada pabrikan lain yang menerapkan jenis digital record untuk kendaraan mereka di Indonesia.
Untuk membantu proses servis sepeda motor Honda, sistem Personal Vehicle Record menyediakan aplikasi seluler dan API. Aplikasi seluler digunakan oleh pemilik kendaraan untuk mendaftarkan diri dan kendaraannya ke dalam sistem. Sedangkan API digunakan oleh bengkel AHASS untuk bertukar data seperti informasi kendaraan, catatan servis dan catatan kepemilikan.
Setelah dilakukan pengujian, aplikasi mobile berbasis React-native berjalan dengan baik dan mampu melakukan semua fungsi sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Yang meliputi pendaftaran pemilik kendaraan beserta kendaraannya, melihat semua data yang dimiliki kendaraan, pengalihan kepemilikan kendaraan itu sendiri, dan juga mengelola permintaan untuk mengakses data pribadi dan kendaraannya. API yang dihosting menggunakan Firebase juga berjalan dengan baik dan berfungsi sesuai rencana. Bengkel AHASS dapat menggunakan API ini untuk mencari, meminta, dan melihat data kendaraan beserta data pemiliknya./There are over 4.3 million motorcycles sold in the first 9 months of 2021, with that amount of vehicles the need for repairs is inevitable. All Astra Honda Authorized Service Station or AHASS for short, are operating independently hence the need for a way to exchange information between them and their customers. So far there has been no other manufacturer that has implemented this type of digital record for their vehicles in Indonesia.
To aid in the process of servicing Honda motorcycles the Personal Vehicle Record system provides a mobile app and an API. The mobile app is used by the vehicle owner to register themselves as well as their vehicles into the system. While the API is used by the AHASS workshops to exchange data such as vehicle information, service record and ownership record.
After testing, the React-native based mobile application runs well and can do all the functions as planned. Which includes registering vehicle owners as well as their vehicles, viewing all the data a vehicle has, transfer of ownership of the vehicle itself, and managing the requests to access their personal and vehicle data. The API which is hosted using Firebase also runs well and functions as planned. AHASS workshops can use this API to search, request, and view vehicle data along with their owner’s data.
