Abstract
Di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat antara lembaga-lembaga penyedia jasa keuangan, konsumen lending memiliki banyak pilihan antara memilih jasa keuangan dari bank-bank umum, BPR, koperasi, maupun lembaga keuangan lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba untuk meneliti apakah faktor-faktor seperti kualitas pelayanan dan nilai yang dirasakan pelanggan turut mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang berdampak pada loyalnya mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. BPR Armindo Kencana di Malang.
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan, juga dengan mengmpulkan data dari responden melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 120 nasabah PT. BPR Armindo Kencana. Data-data tersebut kemudian dianalisa serta dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil dari penelitian adalah kelima hipotesis yang tersebut dapat diterima. Di mana service quality dan perceived value memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen
