Abstract
Kerja sama merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang diperlukan oleh siswa dalam menjalani hidup berelasi dengan sesama. Hal ini menunjukkan setiap makhluk sosial memiliki kebutuhan dan perlu untuk memiliki relasi yang baik serta mampu berkolaborasi dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan. Tetapi, pada praktiknya masih ditemukan bahwa rendahnya kerja sama yang terjadi antara siswa di kelas selama pembelajaran. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk memaparkan upaya guru meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa melalui penerapan metode diskusi. Oleh sebab itu, upaya guru memilih menerapkan metode diskusi dalam pembelajaran karena kegiatan ini dapat menciptakan interaksi antara siswa dalam mengerjakan tugas kelompok sebagai kesatuan dalam komunitas yang mencerminkan karakter kasih Kristus. Melalui penerapan metode diskusi peningkatan kerja sama dari dua menjadi empat kelompok yang mampu menunjukkan interaksi antara siswa dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Metode penelitian dalam paper ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Upaya guru dengan menerapakan metode diskusi meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran. Saran bagi penulis selanjutnya adalah sebaiknya penerapan metode ini bisa dilakukan lebih sering dan pada materi mata pelajaran lainnya, serta dapat mempelajari cara-cara lain dalam meningkatkan kerja sama./Cooperation is one of the skills required for students to live a bonded life. This suggests that every social being has needs and the reality is more cooperation between students is still needed. However, it is still in practice to find that there is little cooperation between students in the class during study. As for the purpose of this writing, it is to expresent a teacher's efforts to enhance the ability of student cooperation teacher as the guide in the teaching and learning activity using discussion learning method. Therefore, the teacher's efforts choose to apply the method of discussion in learning because this activity can create interactions between students in carrying out group duties as unity in a community that reflect the character of Christ's love. Through application of increased cooperation methods from two to four groups capable of demonstrating the interaction between students in completing a task. The research methods in this paper use descriptive qualitative methods. The advice for the writer will be that the application of this method may be more frequent and of other subjects, as well as that of learning other ways to enhance cooperation.
