Abstract
Keberhasilan belajar tergantung pada ada atau tidaknya motivasi belajar siswa. Siswa dengan motivasi belajar akan memiliki gairah untuk belajar dan aktif dalam melakukan segala aktivitas pembelajaran, sementara siswa dengan motivasi belajar rendah akan cenderung acuh tak acuh dan tidak mengerjakan tugasnya sebagai siswa. Guru berperan penting dalam mendorong siswa untuk melakukan apa yang seharusnya mereka lakukan. Tuhan memperlengkapi manusia dengan motivasi untuk memampukannya memenuhi panggilan-Nya sehingga manusia memiliki kemauan yang dapat mengendalikan perilakunya. Maka guru harus memotivasi siswa untuk mau aktif di dalam proses pembelajaran. Penulisan makalah ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai implementasi penggunaan multi metode dalam menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah kualitatif deskriptif dan kajian literatur. Berdasarkan pemaparan tugas akhir ini, disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran multi metode dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Saran yang dapat diberikan, pertama dalam penerapan multi metode tidak hanya melihat metode mana yang terbaik tetapi menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan materi siswa. Kedua, untuk penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya diterapkan dalam waktu yang cukup lama untuk hasil yang maksimal/The success of learning depends on whether the student has the motivation of learning or not. A student with high motivation will have the passion to study and will actively do any learning activity, meanwhile, a student with low learning motivation will tend to be lazy and will ignore all the task that is given to them as student. Teachers have an important role to push the students to do what they are supposed to do. God equip human with motivation to enable them to fulfill His Calling. Therefore, teachers have to motivate the students to make them more active in the learning process. This paper aim to discuss about implementation of the multi methods in improving students' learning motivation. The methods that used are descriptive qualitative and literature review. In the application of this method, the role of the student is required to decide which learning method that suits to the needs of the student. The recommendation that can be given are first in the application of multi method not only to see which is better but, which is more suitable for student needs. Second, in the application of multi method, teachers need to be clear. Third, for the future researcher is better to applicate the multi method strategy in a period of time that is longer enough for a maximum result.
