Abstract

Kedisiplinan menjadi faktor penting dalam menyukseskan pembelajaran. Karena kedisiplinan akan membuat lingkungan yang kondusif bagi siswa untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Guru Kristen sebagai fasilitator akan memfasilitasi siswa dengan teladan dan pemberian nasihat untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan sampai mereka dapat mengenal Allah melalui kedisiplinannya. Namun, pada kondisi di lapangan guru diperhadapkan dengan ketidakdisiplinan siswa. Penting bagi guru Kristen untuk menerapkan perannya sebagai fasilitator agar siswa dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan. Setelah melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah guru Kristen sebagai fasilitator memiliki tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dengan membantu siswa merefleksikan apa yang didapatkannya selama pembelajaran. Hal tesebut harus dilakuk an dengan tujuan mengenalkan Allah sebagai Sang Pencipta dan sumber segala sesuatu kepada siswa. Pengenalan yang sejati akan Allah, dapat membawa siswa untuk hidup bersekutu dengan Allah dan menjadikannya dasar dalam bersekutu dengan sesama. Artinya siswa memahami kedisiplinan sebagai bagian penting dalam menjaga persekutuannya baik kepada Allah dan sesama. Peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa dapat terjadi dengan pelaksanaan peran guru Kristen sebagai fasilitator selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Untuk itu, hal yang bisa guru Kristen lakukan adalah memberikan metode, teladan dan nasihat yang mendorong terjadinya peningkatan kedisiplinan siswa./Discipline is an important factor in the success of learning. Because discipline will create a conducive environment for students to take part in learning. Christian teachers as facilitators will facilitate students by example and give advice to increase discipline until they can know God through their discipline. However, in conditions in the field, teachers are faced with student indiscipline. It is important for Christian teachers to implement their role as facilitators so that students can improve discipline. After conducting research using qualitative descriptive methods, the conclusion obtained is that Christian teachers as facilitators have a responsibility to improve student discipline by helping students reflect on what they have learned during learning. This must be done with the aim of introducing God as the Creator and source of all things to students. True knowing of God, can lead students to live in fellowship with God and make it the basis for fellowship with others. This means that students understand discipline as important in maintaining good fellowship with God and others. Increased student discipline can occur by implementing the role of Christian teachers as facilitators during the learning process. For this reason, what Christian teachers can do is provide methods, examples and advice that encourage an increase in student discipline.
