Abstract
Keaktifan siswa adalah keterlibatan siswa di dalam proses pembelajaran. Melalui keaktifannya dapat membuat siswa mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal di dalam belajar. Namun, di dalam praktiknya masih didapat kurangnya keaktifan siswa yang disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Berbagai penyebab, dapat membuat siswa pasif dan memerlukan upaya dari guru untuk dapat mengatasi kepasifan siswa. menumbuhkan keaktifan Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan penerapan pendekatan personal untuk menumbuhkan keaktifan siswa kelas VI SD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama proses pembelajaran guru berperan memberikan motivasi, penguatan, berusaha menciptakan suasana kelas yang aman dan nyaman, menjadi pendengar yang baik dan memberikan solusi. Sejalan dengan pendidikan Kristen, dengan sabar menerapkan kasih di dalam pembelajaran seperti keteladanan yang diberikan oleh Tuhan Yesus. Jadi, kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan personal dapat menumbuhkan keaktifan siswa kelas VI SD. Disarankan agar pendekatan personal ini dapat dilakukan dengan rutin, waktu yang lebih lama pelaksanaannya, dan penulisan yang lebih detail untuk dapat memudahkan bagi peneliti dalam menyajikan penelitian. Ide pemikiran yang dapat menjadi solusi selain pendekatan personal yaitu game based learning untuk menumbuhkan keaktifan siswa./ Student activity is student involvement in the learning process. Through this activity, students can get maximum results in learning. However, there is still a lack of student activity caused by various internal and external factors. Multiple causes can make students passive and require the teacher's efforts to overcome student passivity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explain the application of a personal approach to growing the activeness of sixth-grade elementary school students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that during the learning process the teacher played a role in providing motivation, strengthening, trying to create a safe and comfortable classroom atmosphere, being a good listener, and providing solutions. In line with Christian education, patiently applying love in learning is like the example given by the Lord Jesus. So, the conclusion of this study shows that the application of a personal approach can foster the activeness of sixth-grade elementary school students. It is recommended that this personal approach can be carried out routinely, take a longer time to implement, and write in more detail to make it easier for researchers to present research. Thinking ideas that can be a solution other than a personal approach are game-based learning to foster student activity.
