Abstract
Pendekatan pembelajaran student oriented adalah pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Namun, pada kenyataannya, masih menggunakan pembelajaran teacher centered, yaitu pembelajaran yang berfokus pada guru, satu arah (guru-siswa), dan mengakibatkan siswa tidak aktif dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan penulisan paper ini adalah bagaimana guru dapat merubah pembelajar teacher centered menjadi student oriented melalui implementasi penyusunan RPP dan menerapkan RPP yang berorientasi pada siswa guna mengembangkan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran olahraga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam paper ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah guru Kristen telah mengimplementasikan pembelajaran Christ centered, teacher directed, dan student oriented di dalam RPP khususnya pada jenjang TK dalam mata pelajaran olahraga. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah dengan menerapkan RPP yang berorientasi pada siswa, dapat menstimulasi keaktifan siswa. Oleh sebab itu, melalui perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang disusun dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan siswa dapat membantu tercapainya pendidikan Kristen yang berpusat pada Kristus. Saran untuk guru yaitu lebih peka terhadap kebutuhan siswa agar dapat menciptakan ruang dan kesempatan untuk siswa secara aktif mengikuti pembelajaran yang bermakna dan berpusat pada Kristus./ Student-oriented learning approach is learning that can help students to develop and be more active in learning. However, in reality, it still uses teacher centered learning that focuses on the teacher, which is one-way (teacher-student), and that caused students are not active in learning. The purpose of writing this paper is how teachers can change teacher-centered learning to become student-oriented learning through preparation of lesson plans and implementing student-oriented lesson plans for students to develop and being active in learning. The research method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are Christian teachers have implemented Christ-centered, teacher directed, and student-oriented learning in the lesson plans, especially at the kindergarten level in sports subject. The conclusion obtained is that by applying student-oriented lesson plans, it can stimulate student activity. Therefore, through planning the implementation of learning that is prepared by taking into list of the needs of students, it can help achieve a Christ-centered in Christian education. Suggestions for teachers are create space and opportunities for students to actively participate in Christ-centered and meaningful learning.
