Abstract
Kualitas diri manusia dapat ditunjukkan melalui sikap afektif yang berkembang dalam diri seseorang. Dua jenis indikator sikap afektif yang menjadi fokus penting dalam penelitian ini adalah sikap tanggung jawab dan kejujuran siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan di salah satu SMA di Jakarta yang memperoleh permasalahan kurangnya tanggung jawab dan kejujuran siswa dalam pembelajaran melalui hasil refleksi mengajar guru dan kuisioner yang diisi oleh siswa. Penanganan yang diberikan adalah menerapkan prosedur kelas yang berlandaskan teori Etika Kristen melalui pembelajaran di kelas. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan tujuan menganalisis penerapan prosedur kelas di kelas X IPS 1 dalam mata pelajaran biologi dalam rangka mengembangkan sikap afektif siswa. Prosedur kelas erat kaitannya dengan teori belajar seperti teori belajar behaviorisme, sosial dan humanistik namun dalam penerapannya perlu disusun ulang untuk menyesuaikan kebutuhan siswa dan sesuai dengan landasan Kristen Alkitabiah yang memiliki tujuan mentransformasi siswa sebagai murid Kristus. Penerapan prosedur kelas perlu dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang panjang untuk menghasilkan perkembangan yang maksimal. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah siswa memahami kewajibannya sebagai pelajar sehingga dapat terus berkembang. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah kiranya penelitian dilakukan dalam jangka waktu panjang dan terus menggali penerapan pendidikan Kristen dalam hal pengelolaan kelas untuk mengembangkan afektif siswa./ Human qualities can be shown through the affective attitude that develops in a person. Two affective attitude indicators which are the focus in this study are responsibility and honesty of students in learning. This research was conducted in one of the high schools in Jakarta that had problem with lack of responsibility and honesty from students in learning. The results of the research were taken from the teaching reflections and questionnaires filled out by students. The treatment given was by applying classroom procedures based on Christian Ethics theory through classroom learning. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods with the aim of analyzing the application of classroom procedures in X IPS 1 in biology subjects to develop students affective. The classroom procedures applied were related to learning theories such as behaviorism, social and humanistic learning theories. The application of the classroom procedures needed to be re-arranged according to student’s needs and the Biblical Christian foundation with the goal of transforming students as disciples of Christ. The application of classroom procedures needs to be carried out over a long period of time to maximize attitude development. The result obtained conclude that students understand their obligations as students and they can continue to grow. The suggestion given is that the research need to be carried out in the long term and there is a need of continuation of exploration in the application of Christian education in classroom management to develop students affective.
