Abstract

Kerja sama siswa memiliki peran penting dalam proses belajar di kelas. Namun, fakta yang ditemukan di lapangan menunjukkan belum semua siswa berkerja sama dalam proses belajar. Beberapa faktor dapat menghambat terjadinya kerja sama siswa di dalam kelas seperti kebiasaan belajar mandiri, fasilitas internet yang memadai, serta kurangnya komunikasi dan interaksi dalam kelompok. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan penerapan suatu model pembelajaran yang dapat mengembangkan kerja sama siswa seperti Group Investigation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya mengembangkan kerja sama siswa melalui penerapan Group Investigation. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama siswa dapat dikembangkan melalui Group Investigation. Kerja sama siswa dapat berkembang melalui perencanaan investigasi, pengerjaan investigasi, penyusunan laporan hasil investigasi, penyampaian hasil investigasi dan evaluasi. Indikator kerja sama yang teramati yaitu siswa berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dalam kelompok, siswa memiliki peran dan berkontribusi dalam kelompok, siswa saling menolong anggota kelompok, dan siswa memadukan kemampuan dan ide dalam kelompok untuk mengerjakan tugas yang diberi guru. Manusia dipanggil untuk mengasihi Tuhan dan sesama. Kasih terhadap sesama dapat terwujud melalui relasi yang mendukung berjalannya kerja sama dengan baik. Saran penulis terhadap penelitian selanjutnya yaitu guru harus memerhatikan waktu penerapan Group Investigation agar setiap tahap dapat berlangsung dengan waktu yang sesuai dan memberikan banyak kesempatan untuk memilih dalam proses pembelajaran./Student cooperation is important in learning process. However, the facts discovered in the field show that not all students can cooperate with their fellow in learning process. Several factors can inhibit student cooperation in class namely independent study habits, adequate internet facilities, and lack of communication and interaction in groups. An appropriate learning model is needed to develop student cooperative, such as Group Investigation. The purpose of this study is to describe attempt to develop student cooperation through Group Investigation. The method of this study is descriptive qualitative. The result show that student cooperation can developed through Group Investigation. Student cooperation can develop through planning investigation, investigation, preparation of investigation results, presentation of investigation results, and evaluation. The indicators that discovered in class are student communicate and interact in group, student have role and contribute to group, student help each other in group, and student combine ability and ideas in group to completing task that given by teacher. God calling man to love God and others. The love to others can realized through relation that support cooperation. The suggestions for next research are that teacher must consider about timing of the Group Investigation needed so that each stage can take place in appropriate time. Addition, teacher must provide student with more opportunities to choose in learning process.
