Abstract
Pembelajaran abad ke-21 menuntut keterampilan kolaborasi yang harus dimiliki siswa untuk menghadapi kehidupan nyata Siswa di usianya harus melakukan tugas perkembangan, salah satunya berinteraksi di lingkungannya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tahap perkembangannya. Salah satu cara siswa melakukan hal ini adalah kolaborasi. Faktanya, di salah satu sekolah Kristen di daerah Cikarang kelas VI SD, siswa belum maksimal dalam melakukan kolaborasi. Guru perlu melakukan
upaya untuk mengatasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjabarkan peran guru Kristen sebagai fasilitator dan penuntun dalam memaksimalkan kolaborasi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Siswa pada dasarnya mampu berkolaborasi karena mereka
diciptakan segambar dan serupa dengan Allah, namun belum maksimal dalam melakukannya karena di usianya siswa belum mampu memahami sendiri pentinngnya kolaborasi. Guru berperan penting karena Allah memanggil untuk mengajar kebenaran dalam hal kolaborasi. Kolaborasi penting karena siswa harus memenuhi kebutuhan perkembangannya. Hasil penelitian ini yang pertama adalah peran guru sebagai fasilitator dengan menerapkan metode diskusi. Kedua, guru sebagai penuntun senantiasa menuntun siswa dalam kebenaran untuk memahami pentingnya kolaborasi dan bersedia melakukannya dengan melakukan pendekatan personal pada siswa. Kesimpulannya adalah guru memaksimalkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa dengan menjalankan peran sebagai fasilitator dan penuntun melalui beberapa upaya. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan upaya lain dalam menjalankan peran sebagai fasilitator dan penuntun untuk lebih baik lagi dalam memaksimalkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa / 21st century learning demands collaboration skills that students must have to face real life. Students at their age must carry out developmental tasks, one of which is interacting in their environment to meet the needs of their developmental stage. One way students do this is collaboration. In fact, in one of the Christian schools in the Cikarang area in the VI class of elementary school, students have not been maximal in collaborating. Teachers need to make efforts to overcome this. The purpose of
this study is to describe the role of Christian teachers as facilitators and guides in maximizing student collaboration. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Students are basically able to collaborate because they are created in the image and likeness of God, but they are not optimal in doing so because at their age students have not been able to understand the importance of collaboration. The teacher plays an important role because God calls to teach the truth in collaboration. Collaboration is important because students must meet their developmental needs.
The first result of this study is the role of the teacher as a facilitator by applying the discussion method. Second, the teacher as a guide always guides students in the truth to understand the importance of collaboration and is willing to do it by taking a personal approach to students. The
conclusion is that the teacher maximizes students' collaboration skills by carrying out the role of facilitator and guide through several efforts. Suggestions that can be given are that further research can make other efforts in carrying out the role of facilitator and guide to better maximize student collaboration skills.
