Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan perubahan perilaku siswa yang mencakup kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor setelah mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Hasil belajar ini penting untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan siswa sekaligus menjadi bahan evalusi bagi siswa bagi keseluruhan proses pembelajaran. Hasil belajar siswa memang penting tetapi guru juga harus memandang siswa sebagai imago dei yang utuh. Berkaitan dengan penilaian dan hasil belajar, salah satu masalah yang dijumpai pada salah satu Kristen di lampung yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan lebih dominan pada hasil belajar ranah kognitif saja dan strategi yang diterapkan yaitu penggunaan rubrik dan corrective feedback pada 16 orang yang dijadikan sampel untuk mengarahkan pada hasil belajar yang efektif. Selain itu sangat penting memahami bahwa siswa bukan hanya sebagai objek penilaian tetapi siswa adalah gambar dan rupa Allah yang harus dinilai secara utuh dan bagaimana agar membawa siswa bukan hanya berfokus pada perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor siswa tetapi benar-benar penerapan rubrik dan feedback diharapkan dapat menuntun siswa pada transformasi. Jadi, tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu penggunaan rubrik dan feedback untuk mencapai keefektifan hasil belajar dalam ata pelajaran Sejarah Peminatan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kajian literatur./Learning outcomes are changes in student behavior that includes cognitive, affective and psychomotor after participating in the learning process. These learning outcomes are important for measuring the level of student success as well as being evaluation material for students for the entire learning process. Student learning outcomes are indeed important, but teachers must also view students as complete imago dei. With regard to assessment and learning outcomes, one of the problems found in one of the Christians school in Lampung is that the assessment is carried out more dominantly on learning outcomes in the cognitive domain only and the strategy applied is the use of rubrics and corrective feedback on 16 people who are sampled to direct the results effective study. Apart from that it is very important to understand that students are not only objects of assessment but students are the image and likeness of God which must be assessed as a whole and how to bring students not only to focus on the cognitive, affective and psychomotor development of students but actually apply the rubric and feedback is expected can lead students to transformation. So, the purpose of this writing is the use of rubrics and feedback to achieve the effectiveness of learning outcomes in the History of Specialization lesson. The research method used is literature review.
