Abstract

Pemahaman konsep adalah dasar berpikir yang perlu dikembangkan oleh siswa dalam menemukan sebuah pengetahuan yang utuh dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran bervariasi digunakan dalam mengupayakan pemahaman konsep siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Paper ini dikaji dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dalam implementasi media pembelajaran bervariasi kepada siswa kelas I sekolah dasar melalui peran guru. Implementasi media pembelajaran bervariasi di dalam proses belajar-mengajar dilakukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan siswa dalam memahami sebuah konsep pelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran adalah media audio visual seperti buku, gambar berwarna, musik, video, dan alat peraga. Peran guru Kristen sebagai rekan kerja Allah dalam mentransformasi pengetahuan siswa harus dilakukan seperti Teladan yang sudah Yesus lakukan dalam pelayanan-Nya di dunia. Dengan demikian, siswa dapat mengembangkan pemahaman konsepnya melalui pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru. Adapun saran bagi penulis selanjutnya adalah dapat menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah lain yang dapat mengefektifkan pemahaman konsep siswa./Understanding concepts is the basis of thinking that students need to develop in finding complete knowledge in learning. Varied learning media are used in seeking students' understanding of the subject matter. This paper is studied with a descriptive qualitative method, in the implementation of learning media varies to grade I elementary school students through the role of the teacher. The implementation of varied learning media in the teaching and learning process is carried out to meet the needs of students in understanding a lesson concept. Learning media that can be used in learning are audio-visual media such as books, color images, music, videos, and props. The role of the Christian teacher as God's co-worker in transforming students' knowledge must be done as Jesus did in His earthly ministry. Thus, students can develop an understanding of their concepts through learning designed by the teacher. The next suggestion for the author is to be able to use other problem-solving methods that can streamline students' understanding of concepts.
