Abstract
After two and a half year of pandemic COVID-19, the Indonesian government is
finally allowing the offline learning. During the readjustment from online to offline
learning, holistic education is still a goal of all Christian education under the
Pendidikan Pelita Harapan Foundation that sees the character development as an
important aspect to be developed. The aim of this paper is to find out the act of
disobedience done by the students and what are the act done by the teacher as a
guide to overcome it. During the second teaching experience, the author found poor
acts of disobedience done by the students, like talking to their friend during the
teaching, did not obeying the rules, procedure, and instruction from the teacher.
Thus, to overcome students’ disobedience in the classroom, the author did the role
as a guide, which are setting the realistic expectation through applying rules and
procedure, using verbal intervention, and doing the pastoral care. The method used
is qualitative descriptive. For teacher, it is recommended to take more time in
acknowledging students’ different characteristic in order to apply a suitable action
and guidance, especially for the disobedient students, and for future researcher to
prolong the data collection in order to collect more data and have a better
understanding towards the problem findings and offered solutions.

Setelah dua setengah tahun pendami COVID-19, pemerintah Indonesia kembali
mengizinkan pertemuan sekolah secara offline. Selama penyesuaian kembali dari
pembelajaran online ke offline, pendidikan holistis adalah tujuan dari pendidikan
Kristen yang berada di bawah Yayasan Pendidikan Pelita Harapan yang melihat
pentingya pertumbuhan karakter. Tujuan dari penulisan paper ini adalah untuk
mengetahui perilaku ketidaksopanan siswa dan tindakan yang dilakukan oleh guru
dalam upayanya sebagai pembimbing untuk mengatasinya. Selama proses PPL 2,
penulis menemukan adanya perilaku ketidakpatuhan yang dilakukan oleh siswa
seperti berbicara bersama teman pada saat guru mengajar, serta tidak mematuhi
aturan, prosedur, serta instruksi dari guru. Oleh sebab itu, untuk mengatasiya, peran
guru sebagai penuntun dilakukan dalam bentuk penerapan aturan, dan prosedur di
kelas, penggunaan isyrat verbal atau pertanyaan, dan penuntunan pribadi. Saran
peneliti untuk guru adalah untuk mengambil lebih banyak waktu dalam mengenal
siswa agar bisa menuntun dengan lebih baik, dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya untuk
memperpanjang waktu penelitian agar dapat mengumpulkan lebih banyak data
untuk pemahaman yang lebih tajam.
