Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, dan social influence berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention to use layanan digital banking pada Blu by BCA. Penelitian ini mengadopsi penggunaan model baru dengan referensi model asli Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan kepada 345 responden yang menggunakan layanan digital banking Blu by BCA sesuai dengan penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS 3.2.9 untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas pada kuesioner yang telah disebarkan kepada 345 responden, serta menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, menunjukkan bahwasanya perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived security, dan social influence berpengaruh positif terhadap behavioral intention to use nasabah dalam transaksi digital pada dunia perbankan. Kata kunci: Digital Banking, Blu by BCA, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Security, Social Influence, Behavioral Intention to Use.
