Abstract
Motivasi belajar pada siswa cukup menjadi permasalahan di dalam kelas. Siswa cenderung merasa bosan akan pembelajaran monoton yang disajikan guru, dalam hal ini guru hanya berfokus terhadap penyampaian materi di kelas dan mengakibatkan tidak sepenuhnya 22 orang siswa di kelas dapat mengikuti pembelajaran. Guru pada dasarnya harus bisa membangun motivasi belajar siswa sehingga pembelajaran dapat dilaksanakan dengan maksimal. Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan metode tanya jawab dapat mendorong motivasi belajar siswa di kelas X Sekolah Lentera Harapan Banjar Agung yang terletak di Tulang Bawang, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode tanya jawab dalam mendorong motivasi belajar siswa di dalam kelas, sehingga seorang guru dapat memberikan metode pengajaran yang sesuai sebagai pendorong motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penulisan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Motivasi belajar dalam perpektif pendidikan kristen dapat dilihat melalui pemeliharaan dan kasih Allah akan manusia yang memiliki natur dosa, sehingga manusia memiliki pengharapan dalam hidupya. Kesimpulan dari makalah ini adalah bahwa metode tanya jawab dapat membangun motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika./ Motivation to learn in students is quite a problem in the classroom. Students tend to feel bored with the monotonous learning presented by the teacher, in this case the teacher only focuses on delivering material in class and results in students not fully participating in class learning. Teachers basically must be able to build student learning motivation so that learning can be carried out optimally. The purpose of this paper is to find out whether the use of the question-and-answer method can encourage students' learning motivation in the classroom, and to find out how the question-and-answer method encourages students' learning motivation in the classroom, so that a teacher can provide appropriate teaching methods as a driver of learning motivation. student. The writing method is descriptive qualitative. Motivation to learn in the perspective of Christian education can be seen through the care and love of God for sinful humans, so that humans have hope in their lives. The conclusion of this paper is that a teacher is expected to be able to encourage students' motivation to interpret learning through the eyes of God.
