Abstract
Conviction, Creativity and Community are important to be developed in
learning at school. The three values of Tarakanita in class VIIC of SMP Tarakanita
2 Jakarta are still not developed. One of the learning models that can be applied to
increase Conviction, Creativity and Community is Project Based Learning. This
Classroom Action Research aims to implement Project Based Learning with the aid
of a module to improve Conviction, Creativity, and Community for class VII C
students of SMP Tarakanita 2 Jakarta on science subjects. The research method
used is Classroom Action Research which consists of three cycles by carrying out
the stages of planning, observation, action and reflection in each cycle. Theresearch
subject is class VIIC SMP Tarakanita 2 Jakarta as many as 29 students. The
research instrument used to obtain the data is the rubric for assessing conviction,
creativity and community. Assessment with the rubric is carried out during the
learning activities. The rubric used to measure the conviction value consists of five
indicators, creativity consists of four indicators and community consists of four
indicators. The results showed that there was an increase in conviction, creativity
and community. The average value of conviction in cycle oneis 50.8, in cycle two is
77.0 and in cycle three is 91.1. The average value for creativity ability in cycle one
is 50.0 in cycle two is 77.6 and in cycle three is 92.5.The average value of the
community in the first cycle is 48.0, in the second cycle
77.6 and in the third cycle 93.1. From these results, it can be concluded that the
implementation of Project Based Learning with science subjects in Class VII SMP
Tarakanita 2 Jakarta can increase Conviction with an N-Gain value of 0.9 (high),
Creativity with an N-Gain value of 0.8 (high). and Community with an N-Gain value
of 0.9 (high). / Conviction, Creativity dan Community penting untuk dikembangkan dalam
pembelajaran di sekolah. Ketiga nilai Tarakanita tersebut di kelas VIIC SMP
Tarakanita 2 Jakarta masih belum berkembang. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang
dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatan Conviction, Creativity dan Community adalah
Project-Based Learning. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk
mengimplementasikan Project Based Learning berbantuan modul untuk
meningkatkan Conviction, Creativity, Comunity siswa kelas VII SMP Tarakanita 2
Jakarta pada materi pencemaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus dengan melakukan
tahapan perencanaan, observasi, tindakan dan reffleksi pada masing-masing siklus.
Subjek penelitian adalah kelas VIIC SMP Tarakanita 2 Jakarta sebanyak 29 peserta
didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah rubrik
penilaian conviction, creativity dan community. Penilaian dengan rubrik tersebut
dilakukan selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Rubrik yang digunakan untuk
mengukur nilai conviction terdiri dari lima indikator, creativity terdiri dari empat
indikator dan communtiy terdiri dari empat indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada conviction, creativity dan community.Nilai rata-rata
conviction pada siklus satu adalah 50.8, pada siklus dua 77.0 dan pada siklus tiga
91.1, Nilai rata-rata kemampuan creativity pada siklus satu yaitu
50.0 pada siklus dua 77.6 dan pada siklus tiga 92.5. Nilai rata-rata community pada
siklus satu yaitu 48.0, pada siklus dua 77.6 dan pada siklus tiga 93.1. Dari hasil
tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi Project Based Learning
berbantuan modul pada materi Pencemaran Lingkungan di Kelas VII SMP
Tarakanita 2 Jakarta dapat meningkatkan Conviction dengan nilai N-Gain 0,9
(tinggi), Creativity dengan nilai N-Gain 0,8 (tinggi) dan Community dengan nilai NGain 0,9 (tinggi).
