Abstract

Berwirausaha pada tingkatan mahasiswa perlu ditingkatkan, sebab mahasiswa merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap tingginya kemiskinan dan pengangguran di Indonesia. Untuk dapat meningkatkan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa, Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mendistribusikan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa UPH jurusan Manajemen. Analisis data dengan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan program Smart PLS v.3.2.9. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebesar 253 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneurial education, personality, dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha.
