Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Social Media marketing Activities, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Brand Equity dan Purchase Intention. Objek penelitian dari studi ini adalah Liang Teh Cap Panda, yang di mana pada saat pandemic covid-19 Liang Teh Cap Panda mengalami penurunan penjualan dan juga disertai dengan adanya persaingan yang kuat antar merek minuman panas dalam. Subjek penelitian dalam studi ini adalah masyarakat yang berdomisili di Jakarta, yang familiar dengan Liang Teh Cap Panda. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menyebar questionnaire elektrik yang mana data sampling berjumlah 250 responden, sehingga dapat disimpulkan teknik yang digunakan adalah non-probability purposive sampling. Selanjutnya data yang telah di peroleh akan di Analisa dengan menggunakan sistem Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM ). Kita menggunakan uji statistic one-tailed dalam studi ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Electronic Word of Mouth dan Brand Equity berpengaruh suatu minat beli konsumen, sedangkan Social Media Marketing Activities tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini memberikan beberapa rekomendasi serta saran bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kegiatan pemasaran melalui platform media sosial, Electronic Word Of Mouth dan Brand Equity.
